Veritable Venue Management take pride in offering a variety of menus to suit all tastes and budgets. From networking breakfasts to wedding breakfasts, luscious lunches to black tie dinners, we can do it all. Contact us to arrange a tasting for your booking.

Our menus are merely suggestions for tried and tested dishes that we know work well when catering for large events but we are very flexible and happy to create a bespoke menu for your special occasion if there is something else you would prefer. Our chefs are happy to cater for vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten free, kosher and other dietary requirements.

Outdoor Catering

We can also cater outdoors – our chefs are happy to provide a barbeque or set up a field kitchen if required when you hire one of our outside spaces.

We care about where our food comes from. All our food is freshly prepared and locally and sustainably sourced wherever possible. If having an event outside such as a barbeque, our disposable plates, boxes and cups are all made from recycled or biodegradable materials. In addition to this we recycle all our used food oil with a reputable supplier so it gets converted into bio oil.
We also take food hygiene very seriously. All our catering staff are trained in food safety and we are proud to say that we have a five star rating from the environmental health inspector.

Licensed Bars

We have three licenced bars serving a wide selection of beers, cider, spirits and wine. Our premises licence permits us to sell alcohol from 11am to midnight Sunday to Thursday and 11am to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays. We can apply for a Temporary Event Notice if you want to be served alcohol, have live music, recorded music or dancing outside these times. We can also set up temporary bars outside for company fun days, summer parties and marquee events.

We had a quick meeting with Paul who showed us the areas that would be designated to us and was happy to deliver on everything we had requested (nothing was too much trouble). The weather wasn’t on our side but the team were able to put out a lot of gazebos to keep guests happy and dry! We had a bar set up in a separate room which was only for our use along with a plentiful and tasty buffet. We were also able to bring our own speakers and play music of our choice for everybody to enjoy. The staff were very chatty, happy and helpful which made the day really enjoyable.
