Facilities & Venue Management
To get the best out of your venue you need the right people, not just staff but your suppliers and contractors. We will carry out a full review of all your services and how they are managed and then work out what changes are necessary in order to create the best possible environment for staff and customers. We’ve developed a wealth of knowledge over years of catering for large events and dinners, it’s no easy task, but we’ve got a good handle on it, catering for more than a hundred events each year. From conferences to company fun days, weddings to wakes, birthday celebrations and first communions, we can help organise your event to ensure it runs smoothly. We take health and safety seriously and make sure the required risk assessments are in place for all events. When necessary, we have highly trained personnel to manage security, site stewarding, crowd flow and management. Food & Beverage
Keeping guests well fed and watered is a must – for a meeting or conference it goes a long way to improving attention span and engagement and is a major factor in the perception of a successful event. Our team invests time in creating hospitality menus that take the best seasonal produce, locally sourced where possible, presented with care, skill and creativity so it is as pleasing to the eye as it is the palate. We understand how running a club is quite different to managing other types of businesses. We have managed a variety of public and private members clubs and are familiar with the challenges of managing a business for the benefit of its members, making sure they are looked after and valued and giving them facilities to be proud of. We have implemented new databases, membership cards and new EPOS till systems that support members privilege cards and have a proven track record of increasing club membership numbers. Sports Club Management
Over the last decade we have managed a variety of sporting venues including rugby, tennis, golf, skiing and Gaelic sports and can provide you with the flexibility and versatility you need to keep a business thriving all throughout the year and not just on a busy match day. Not only can we handle the security, bar and catering requirements for thousands of people on a big match day, we have laid new tennis courts, created grounds maintenance schedules, refurbished gyms, installed ski slopes are quite used to Sky Sports pitching up at the last minute to film a match. We have also been engaged to carry out a variety of refurbishment works, from interior design, to complete rebuilding – we love a project and take great satisfaction in helping a club fulfil its potential.
